1. Thank you for creating me.

5. I ’m sorry for my sins.
6. I’m sorry that I judge people.
7. I’m sorry that I walked by the handicapped person and didn’t even say hi.
8. I’m sorry that I don’t appreciate everything you have done for me.
9. I’m sorry that I think my education, house, car, etc is a big deal – when you’ve
made it perfectly clear that they are not.
10. I’m sorry that I know about world hunger but do nothing about it.
11. I’m sorry that I do nothing to stop cruelty towards people and animals.
12. I’m sorry that I buy products from countries that mistreat their people.
13. I’m sorry when I defend my nation when it is wrong.
14. Thank you for the Bible.
15. I’m sorry that I never read the Bible, even though millions have died for it.
16. I’m sorry that I watch secular stuff on TV.
17. I’m sorry that I wear designer clothes.
18. I’m sorry that I buy from non-Christians.
19. I’m sorry that I show off about my culture.
20. I’m sorry that I don’t volunteer.
21. Thanks for forgiving me.
22. I’m sorry that I took that fancy vacation.
23. I’m sorry that I didn’t give you the credit for my promotion.
24. I’m sorry that I’m a glutton when half the world is starving.
25. I’m sorry that I cheat on my taxes.
26. I’m sorry that I look at young girls.
27. I’m sorry that I lie about the history of my country.
28. I’m sorry that I show off about how great my kids are – especially when deep down, I know they aren’t. I know this bores and irritates others, but I’m weak. Please help me.
29. I’m sorry I publicly promised to give money to the church, but then didn’t.
30. I’m sorry that I complain about the third world and blame them for their problems. If I only had the courage to be honest with myself; I’d admit that I have done nothing to help them. I wish I could realize that we re all God’s creations, and are responsible for each other.
31. I’m sorry I’m a racist. Oh sure, I talk to everybody, and wish them well, but I’d never let my kid marry one. Please change me God.
32. I’m sorry I watch TV. I know it’s secular and anti-Christian. It glorifies wealth; exploits suffering; is indifferent to adultery, and so on and so on. Please let me get outside and play with the kids or dog or just chat with the neighbors.
33. Thanks for giving us all the animals and trees and plants; they leave me in awe.
34. I’m sorry I show off that my nation is a superpower, because God – only You, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are the real superpowers.
35. I’m sorry I gossip; it just shows how empty a person I am. Help me please Lord.
36. I’m sorry I drink alcohol and try to con people by saying the Bible justifies it; which it doesn’t.

41. I worked on Sunday; this is a sin; I’m sorry.
42. I put my mom in an old people’s home when I could have looked after myself. I am deeply ashamed; sorry; and, I will get her out of there.
43. Thank you Lord that Christianity is growing in the third world.
44. I’m sorry I wear jewelry; this is a sin; I’ll stop.
45. I’m sorry I waste my time arguing politics.
46. I’m sorry I hate blacks.
47. I’m sorry that I have ignored bringing Jesus to the Arab world: I should be working hard to make this happen.
48. I’m sorry I give teenagers dirty looks: I should reach out to them for the Lord.
49. I’m sorry I don’t read my Bible, and then excuse this by saying the Bible is too hard. All I have to do is start at Mathew and read until the end of John; and then read Proverbs and the Psalms.
50. I’m sorry I don’t pray more; and when I do, I don’t have faith in its power.
51. I’m sorry that I don’t take a hard line by stating that divorce is only allowed for adultery, because the Bible is very clear on this.
52. I’m sorry that I daydream in church.
53. I’m sorry that I don’t appreciate a good pastor. I should offer to baby-sit his kids so he and his wife can have a night out; or I could invite his family over for dinner, or take them out and etc.
54. I’m sorry I look down on people who take the bus.
55. I’m sorry that I say that alcoholics and drug users are to blame for their lives.
56. I’m sorry that I look down on factory workers.
57. I’m sorry that I resent new immigrants.
58. I’m sorry I’m selfish.
59. Please Lord: help me with my bad temper.

61. I’m sorry that I look down on the poor.
62. I’m sorry for having voted for a non-Christian.
63. I’m sorry I don’t give money to Bible and missionary societies.
64. I’m sorry that I walked by the homeless man lying on the sidewalk and just left him a dollar.
65. I’m sorry that I do nothing to help suffering Christians.
66. I’m sorry I equate Christianity with health and wealth.
67. I’m sorry that I try to make deals with you Lord; instead of simply just obeying you the way you demand.
68. I can’t love you and money; please make me realize this.
69. I’m sorry that I swear and curse people and things. You God, created everything; therefore, to curse any of your creations, is to curse you.
70. I’m sorry that I have talked about business or tried to get new business in church.
71. I’m sorry that it doesn’t bother me how blacks are treated.
72. I’m sorry I’m lazy; if I would just get off the couch, I could help so many people.
73. I’m sorry that I’m in love with my car; the time and money I spend on cleaning, vacuuming, and waxing it should be given to the poor.
74. I’m sorry I eat junk food; You, God, didn’t create me to poison myself.
75. I’m sorry I spend money on manicures, pedicures, and painting my nails, when there are starving people in this world.
76. I’m sorry that I leave a lousy tip for the poor new immigrant or poor native waiter in the restaurant.
77. I’m sorry that my ancestors stole land from the native people.
78. I’m sorry that I’m fascinated by war movies.
79. I’m sorry that I don’t spend a few minutes to speak to eh crossing guard at the local school.
80. I’m sorry that I don’t help pay for or volunteer and do the repairs on the church.
81. I’m sorry I haven’t left my church when it abandons pure Christian principles to cater to the current political tide.
82. I’m sorry that I dress up to show off in church.
83. I’m sorry that I go to church for social rather than spiritual reasons.
84. I’m sorry that whenever I see a stack of free Christian newspapers I don’t grab ten or more copies and give them out to people.
85. I’m sorry that I don’t visit sick people.
86. I’m sorry that I eat in restaurants that serve alcohol.
87. I’m sorry that I don’t cry when I see a show on starvation, or worse, I flick the channel.
88. I’ sorry that I don’t complain and boycott the library when it sneakily puts anti- Christian books in the Christian book section.
89. I’m sorry that I don’t thank you God for the rare privilege you have given me of living in a free country.
90. I’m sorry that I don’t make friends with the shy and unpopular kids.
91. Thank you for the fine examples and sacrifices that the Disciples, Paul, and the earlier Christians set for us.
92. Thank you for never leaving me God. Throughout my whole life people come and go; and others desert, abuse, and hurt me; but you always remain. Thank you.
93. Thank you for planting the seed of responsibility in real Christians. They live in a world where people take nothing seriously – family, friends, jobs etc; thank you for giving real Christians the examples of Jesus and the disciples who never quit on their missions.
94. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak to someone in an airport lounge, bus terminal, or any other place about you Lord.
95. You are my Creator, and I am in awe of you Lord.
96. I wish I had one hundredth of one percent of the courage of earlier Christians.
97. Help me lord, I’m weak.
98. I really haven’t done anything for anyone; please change this Lord.
99. I must do my best to encourage and befriend new immigrants and everybody.
100. I must be kind to the minimum wage worker ate the junk food restaurant.
101. Thank you for making me able to read; I should throw the TV out, and read your word.
102. I must realize that food is simply a necessity – to nourish and give energy; and to spend money on imported and/or other expensive foods, is a sin.
103. I must not look down on those who have alcohol and drug problems because it could just as easily be me.
104. I am no better or worse than any other person; we are all rotten sinners who need your mercy Lord.
105. I’m sorry I own more than one Bible Lord, when much of the world has none.
106. I’m sorry I wear a gold, silver and/or jeweled cross around my neck, because your cross was made from wood.
107. I’m sorry I don’t cut my neighbors lawn as a small way to testifying my love for you.
108. I’m sorry I say “God bless you,” but then do nothing to help the person.
109. I’m sorry I drop litter and don’t recycle, because after all; it’s your world Lord.
110. I’m sorry I used bottle water instead of using the tap and giving the saved money to the poor.
111. I’m sorry that I don’t give out Bible tracts wherever I go.
112. I’m sorry that when I’m on business in some other city that I behave differently.
113. I pray for those and their families on the thousands of ships out at sea.
114. I’m sorry I overcharged my customer.
115. Thank you for my food, clothing, shelter, and everything else.
116. I pray for the premature baby in the hospital incubator.
117. Lord. Please give me the strength and ability to help the single mom.
118. Thank you giving me the courage to fight with my pastor and congregation when they are wrong.
119. Than you for giving me a good pastor and congregation who have the courage to correct me when I am wrong.
120. Please give me humility Lord.
121. Thank you for the peace the ocean brings me: it’s big, it’s powerful, and you created it.
122. I’m sorry I’m sarcastic.
123. I’m sorry that my career is my god.
124. I’m sorry that I got angry with the slow cashier.
125. I’m sorry I have been rude to people who come door to door selling vacuum cleaners, roofing tiles, garage door openers and the rest. They are just trying to make a living and feed their families…just like me.
126. I’m sorry I let my young daughter wear tight clothes and make-up because I’m too weak to discipline her.
127. I’m sorry – deeply sorry, that I don’t read the Bible each night. My excuses i.e. it’s too hard, are just that: excuses. Starting tonight, I read the Bible.
128. Thank you for allowing me to walk away from the abusive relationship.
129. Thank you for providing me with the friendship of other Christian singles.
130. Thank you for clean water.
131. Thank you for doggies, and cats, and all the other animals; they make me happy.
132. Thank you for the story of Job; I won’t give up.
133. The gate to heaven is narrow and only a few get in; thank you dearly Lord for letting me in.
134. Thank you for keeping me away from alcohol, cigarettes, and other drugs.
