The great leaders

I just love how this is stated "Jesus proven through logic"... It reminds me of all of the sermons I have listened to and the daily life I have lived and "logically" the more I pray and focus on Jesus Christ the more I realize I just got to learn more about Him my leader.

Today our leaders do like to promise what they are not certain they can accomplish. But Jesus still is on top you are right "the only real world leader" who never promised what so many have but through Jesus I have changed soo much.

Anger: It only hurts you.

These are really great tips that have been explained on the emotion anger. One thing that I never knew was that the body produced cortisol for angry emotions. When I get angry I like to get out my paints and sit there and paint a picture. I never know how the painting will end up.
